Connie’s Place

Located in the heart of Sedona’s vibrant Arts District, Connie’s Place offers the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and charm. This vacation rental is just off 89A below the Y, placing guests within easy walking distance of shops, cafes, and a variety of other attractions. As with El Portal and our other vacation rental homes, Connie’s Place is family- and pet-friendly. The home is a duplex that will soon feature a third unit, designed to capture the essence of mid-century modern style. Whether you’re staying in the one-bedroom or two-bedroom unit, you’ll enjoy a spacious living area, comfortable amenities like mini-fridges, Keurigs, and microwaves, and thoughtful pet accommodations, including doggie dishes, blankets, and waste bags. Perfect for families and pet owners, Connie’s Place accommodates up to four guests in each unit, providing a welcoming environment for all.

Sarah’s Place

Nestled in the historic heart of Sedona, Sarah’s Place offers a delightful retreat for those seeking a cozy, home-away-from-home experience. This pet-friendly vacation rental is perfectly situated on a secluded street, yet it’s just a short walk to all that Sedona has to offer, including shops, tours, restaurants, and bars. The cottage’s location provides breathtaking views of Sedona’s iconic Red Rocks from nearly every angle, including the master bedroom and the outdoor patio. Guests can enjoy a stunning sunset from the front porch, savoring a glass of wine or a mug of hot chocolate depending on the season.

Sarah’s Place features a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two comfortable bedrooms, and a full bath. Terrapin Station

Named after the Grateful Dead album, Terrapin Station is our newest vacation rental, opened in 2023. Located on a quiet, hidden street just steps from El Portal and within easy walking distance of Tlaquepaque, we are proud that the property now serves as the only ADA-compliant short-term rental in Sedona. This charming 1930s bungalow has been completely remodeled in a classic Monterey style, offering guests modern comfort in a historic setting.

Amongst approximately 800 square feet of living space that can accommodate up to four guests and their pets, Terrapin Station features a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and other essentials, a bedroom with a king bed, as well as a queen-sized sleeper couch, and a beautiful ADA-compliant bathroom. Pet lovers in particular will love the fully enclosed private backyard with a barbecue and outdoor fireplace.

Channeling our love of architecture and design, we transformed these buildings into our vacation rental homes: Connie’s Place, Sarah’s Place, and our newest addition, Terrapin Station.

Like El Portal, Terrapin Station is outfitted with items from owners Steve and Connie’s eclectic collection of furniture and art to create a unique, visually intriguing space. When renovating the bungalow, we worked with our trusted architects at Design Group to capture the charming Spanish Mission style of the 1930s, while providing guests (including those with mobility challenges) with all the modern comforts of home.
