“El Portal is the most amazing place in Sedona and should not be missed!”
Thank you to Steve and Connie and their excellent staff for the stay of a lifetime. Not only were the accommodations absolutely amazing and unique, El Portal makes you feel right at home. Wonderful breakfasts in the garden, fantastic and private room (I highly recommend The Grand Canyon room) with authentic quality decor and stone fireplaces and private courtyards. Steve arranged some spectacular site seeing for us on a Jeep tour of the red rocks of Sedona as well as directing us to Jerome, AZ and all the best places to see, eat and stay. This is a 12 room boutique hotel that should not be missed. Tell them that Kate and JB sent you. We will be back!

Our first stay in Arizona. Steve was very helpful in making our reservation. Check-in was the easiest I have ever experienced. We were greeted with a welcome basket for our dogs, a kit with restaurant recommendations, things to do, et cetera. Gave us the most beautiful route to take on our day trip to the Grand Canyon.
